Small batch.
Hand roasted.
Fresh-roasted beans from a home roastery a few miles from the shark bite capital of the world. Whole bean or ground, roasted to order.
We know where our coffee comes from.
Every bean we roast is traced to the farm or co-op that grew it. We buy from green coffee importers who work directly with growers in places like Guatemala, Colombia, and Ethiopia, often paying well above Fair Trade prices.
No mystery blends. No warehouse beans that sat for a year. Just specialty-grade coffee from people who care about growing it right.
Roasted fresh.
Never shelf-stale.
We roast in small batches a few miles from the inlet and stamp the roast date on every bag. Most coffee on grocery shelves was roasted months ago. Ours was roasted days ago.
The Lineup
When it's gone,
it's gone.
We roast under Florida's Cottage Food Law, which caps a home roastery at $250,000 in sales a year. Once we hit it, the drum goes quiet until January 1. No warehouse, no restock, no exceptions.
The meter shows where we're at, updated as orders come in.
